Real Stories from the Marshfield area

Today, I received a promotion. Why is this special?  Because four years ago I didn't think I would be able to graduate from high school.

I was a teen mother.  Though it's been a hard journey, it hasn't been impossible; and that's all because of Kiddie Kaboose.

I was referred there through the Healthy Birth Program.  With the parenting classes, day care and support, I was able to finish high school and take classes at MidState.

Now I've transferred from an entry level job to a full time position. Everything I've accomplished is because of you. You see, Kiddie Kaboose receives funding from United Way.

Without your support, I'd have a low paying job with little hope for a better
life.  Thank you for your generosity and support for United Way.
