TLC Company: Marshfield Clinic Departments

Wildwood Plaza houses Marshfield Clinic's Patient Financial Services Department: Charge Processing,  Claims Processing, Customer Service/Credit Balance Dept., FHC Dental, Outreach Labs, Patient Financial Service Administrations and Work Variance.  The 171 employees are responsible for accurately posting patient charges, filing claims with insurance companies, working with insurance denials and addressing patient billing concerns via telephone. In addition, they also are responsible for outreach lab and dental charges and claims.

About half of Marshfield Clinic's 7,200 physicians and support staff work in Marshfield.

WWP Building has a campaign committee of four people that plan activities and fundraisers for the staff.
