TLC Company: Memorial Medical Center

Memorial Medical Center is based out of Neillsville, WI.  Our mission is to provide the communities we serve the best experience in health care, education, and prevention…one patient at a time.   

We employ approximately 300 people and provide the following services: 

Hospital: 25-bed critical access hospital  

Emergency Room and Urgent Care: state-certified Level III Trauma facility, staffed and equipped to care for patients with minor, acute, and/or episodic illness or injury

Clinics: 3 State-accredited, rural health clinics are located in Neillsville, Greenwood, and Loyal

Home Health: skilled nursing, CNA support, and medical social services.

Health & Rehabilitation: 70-bed skilled-nursing facility, providing long-term care and short-term rehabilitation

Country View Apartments:  30-unit residential facility for people 62+ years of age

Volunteers: MMC Partners, MMC Auxiliary, Sunshine Friends and Fancy Fingers
