Mission Statement: The mission of Children's Service Society of Wisconsin is to build, sustain, and enhance a nurturing environment for Wisconsin children.

Brief Agency Overview: The FRC's primary prevention oriented services are designed to reduce the incidence of child maltreatment. The program helps parents build on their strengths by providing them with the information they need to make good parenting decisions.
