Family Center

Mission Statement: The Family Center works through education and community involvement to eliminate violence and provide safety for all people victimized by abuse.

Brief Agency Overview: The program will provide education that will include safety planning, awareness, appropriate responses to peer pressure, and communication with adults about sexual assault/harassment. The SAPEP will also work with parents through Parent Teacher Associations and will incorporate volunteers to facilitate groups or form clubs within the schools in their area to promote appropriate responses to sexual assault.
