Students learning more about career paths

Your contributions to United Way help give youth the opportunity to visit local businesses to learn more about their career options.

We hope you'll consider making a contribution to United Way this year.  Each gift improves lives in the Marshfield area--and for just $5 a week, you can feed a family of four for six days.  That's a huge impact!

10 Reasons to GIVE UNITED:

  1. Money is raised locally and provides vital funding for 37 local programs that work to advance the common good in the Marshfield area.
  2. It's easy to give - write a check, use payroll deduction, or use your credit card.
  3. More Bang for your Buck! One gift serves many needs. It's the only contribution you can make that will help address critical issues in education, income and health our residents face every day.
  4. Gifts are tax-deductible. You'll thank us on April 15. Really!
  5. Your contribution helps those who need help the most... kids, seniors, the disabled, individuals in crisis, struggling families, abused women and children and many others including average, middle-income families.
  6. Our United Way ensures that programs are accountable to the community.
  7. Your money, your way! You can direct your dollars to an issue, program or another town.  You can also join the volunteers who decide program funding each spring.
  8. Because we make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.
  9. It Won't Break Your Bank!  You might be wondering "How much should I give?"  You would be amazed at how giving up a soda and a candy bar a week over a year can really make a big difference in someone's life.  Dollars add up to make real change!
  10. Because once upon a time, someone helped you.
