Free Tax Assistance

Presented by AARP, Cellcom, City of Marshfield Parks & Recreation and United Way.  Trained volunteers prepare taxes for individuals earning less than $58,000 as a free service.

• Available to anyone 18-years-old and older with incomes less than $58,000

• Taxes will be filed electronically

• Individual Filings Only -- No Business Income (Farm, Rental, Health Savings deductions, etc)

• Other Itemizations that do not qualify

Please bring the following to your appointment:

• Picture ID & Social Security Card *** New in 2011 ***

• Medical Insurance Premiums

• W-2's related to employment

• 1099's for interest and/or dividends

• SSA-1099 statement for Social Security Benefits

• Rent Certificate OR  Real Estate Bill (Property taxes)

• Copy of Homestead Credit OR Federal & State Returns
