Mission Statement: Soup or Socks is dedicated to provide clothing and/or goods at no charge to people in need. SOS does not discriminate on the basis of political affiliates, race, color, national origin, sex, age, religion or disability.
Brief Agency Overview: The SOS clothes closet/food pantry is a volunteer organization dedicated to providing clothing and/or food, at no charge, for those in need in the greater Marshfield area.
Hours of Operation:
Food Pantry: Monday - Wednesday 12:30 to 3:30 pm, Thursday 12:30 to 4:30pm, and Friday 9am to 12 pm.
Clothes Closet: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 12:30 to 3:30 pm

Food and clothing are given at no charge. A registration form is filled out at Soup or Socks. Head of Household needs to show photo id and list income for all adults living in the home.
We serve Marshfield and the surrounding area.
Food pantry is limited to one (1) time per month and a maximum of six (6) times per year.
Clothes Closet may be given one (1) time per season. Seasons are Winter (October-April) and Summer (May-September).
Volunteer Opportunities: Food Pantry volunteers to be on call. Clothes Closet volunteers to work 2 or 3 hours per month. Food Drive volunteers needed in April and May. Food sorters needed in December and January. Back to School clothing event is held in August.
