Downtown wine and beer walk 2026 volunteers

Volunteer Day-of Event Details

As a volunteer for the Wine & Beer Walk, you will be stationed at a designated stop along the route, serving samples to event participants. Each location will be serving, wine and beer samples- Samples must match the participant’s wristband—these cannot be changed or mixed under any circumstances.

Your role includes:

• Pouring samples for guests at your assigned location
• Checking off participant maps as they receive their sample

We will handle all liquor licensing and event setup. Your focus is on creating a fun, smooth experience for guests and bringing remaining Samples back to the 2nd Street Community Center.

⏰ Event Time: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Please note this is a hard stop at 2:00 PM. At that time, begin wrapping up and head back to the 2nd Street Community Center with all remaining Samples.

🎉 After the event, join us for a volunteer appreciation gathering at the 2nd Street Community Center, where we’ll have pizza and samples for you to enjoy!
